Your ski pass allows you to take the Gornergrat train on the ascent or descent during its validity period.

GORNERGRAT TRAIN
As soon as you arrive in Zermatt, cross the main street and get on the 1st car of the Gornergrat train according to the schedule Zermatt - Legendär.
Be careful, not all Gornergrat trains stop at Legendär.

The Gornergrat train
The Gornergrat Bahn departure station is located on the station square in the heart of Zermatt. Europe's highest open-air rack railway operates all year round.
The alpine panorama with 29 peaks reaching more than 4,000 metres and the unique view of the Matterhorn make the Gornergrat line one of the most beautiful excursions in Switzerland.
From Zermatt station (1,620 m) to the summit of Gornergrat, the journey takes 33 minutes, climbs 1,469 metres and travels through breath-taking natural scenery.
