Contact enquiries
The form collects your name, email address, language, subject and message to answer your enquiry and help prepare your stay. Enquiries are emailed to the residence team. The website does not retain a copy of the message content in a database or message management interface; correspondence remains in the residence’s email inbox.
Spam prevention
A technical cookie valid for 30 minutes and hashed IP addresses protect the form. Attempt counters expire after a 15-minute window and security challenges after 30 minutes. Expired technical records are purged on the next request. They are not used for advertising tracking.
Bookings and payment
Searches and bookings use Beds24. Submitted information is processed to manage your reservation and stay; payment information is processed through the payment provider’s booking flow. The conditions displayed before confirmation apply. Beds24 privacy policy.
Hosting and external services
OVH hosts the website. Hosting may generate technical logs including IP addresses, dates and requested pages for operation and security. The Beds24 widget and its libraries, YouTube videos and swisstopo maps may receive connection data when loaded. Fonts are hosted on this website. No audience analytics tool is enabled in this version.
Retention and recipients
Correspondence is intended for the team handling your enquiry; technical providers assist with hosting, email delivery and reservations. Retention of correspondence and booking data depends on handling the enquiry, fulfilling the stay and legal retention or legal defence requirements. Third-party services may process data abroad; their policies explain their own arrangements. You can request information about processing that concerns you through the form.
Your rights
The Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection applies, as does the GDPR where applicable. Subject to the conditions in these laws, you may request access, correction or deletion of your data and exercise other applicable rights.
